Hi, I'm Blake.
I'm Blake Galler, also known as Broker Blake. I'm a real estate broker with Baird & Warner's Evanston office, and I've been licensed since 2015.
I've closed more than $48 million in real estate sales, working with buyers and sellers across Chicagoland. My work includes single-family homes, condos, and townhomes.
I like to keep the conversation straightforward: what a home offers, what it might need, and whether the numbers and timing make sense for you. If you're weighing a move, I'm happy to talk it through.

Can you help me buy and sell at the same time?
Yes. We'll begin with your budget, the home you're selling, and your preferred timing. Then we can discuss how to coordinate the sale and search, including the possibility that the two closing dates won't line up.

Start with the home value request, or contact me directly. We'll look at recent comparable sales, your home's condition and improvements, and competing listings to discuss a pricing range. An automated estimate can't account for every detail.
How do I start looking for a home?
